When placing an order please read the terms and conditions as not to cause complications in the future. 

 

Firstly, Direct Furniture has the rights to cancel any order without any prior notice. If there are problems or you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a full refund/replacement (excluding the delivery charge) up to 7 days after delivery. 

 

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product that is ordered can fit through doors into your home. If you have any queries regarding the dimensions of the products, please feel free to contact one of our friendly members of staff who can assist you with your enquiry.

 

Any complaints must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. You must provide your invoice number and date of purchase. 

 

All sizes and dimensions of the sofas are an approximate measurement and we cannot be held liable for any sofas which may have the incorrect dimensions.

 

When buying any Swivel Cuddle Chairs please note that the colours may be a slightly different shade to other sofas you have brought from another manufacturer.
